By using EventGo’s services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use our services. These Terms constitute a binding contract between you and EventGo Digital Inc. ("EventGo," "we," or "us").
EventGo offers an event management platform where Organizers can create, post, and manage events, sell tickets, booths, and sponsorships, and connect with Consumers. EventGo is not the creator or organizer of the events but provides services that facilitate event management, ticketing, and promotion.
EventGo does not control the details of the events or the validity of the content provided by the Organizers. EventGo merely acts as a service provider and is not responsible for the accuracy or legality of events posted by Organizers.
EventGo is committed to protecting your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Organizers are responsible for complying with applicable laws regarding the collection, use, and sharing of information related to Consumers attending their events.
EventGo uses cookies and similar technologies to track user activity on the platform. More information is available in our Cookie Policy.
These Terms apply when you access our services and remain in effect until terminated by either party.
EventGo complies with export controls and restrictions. You represent that you are not a Restricted Party under applicable trade laws and agree not to use EventGo’s services in violation of these laws.
You agree to release EventGo from any disputes or claims between you and third parties related to events, transactions, or services provided through our platform. Additionally, you agree to indemnify EventGo for any third-party claims arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
EventGo provides its services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, security, or availability of our services. You assume all risks related to attending live events organized through our platform, including the risk of injury or illness.
EventGo's liability is limited to the service fees paid in the three months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data loss. In jurisdictions where limitations are not permitted, this clause will apply only to the extent allowed by law.
All disputes between you and EventGo related to these Terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration or in small claims court, rather than through court litigation. You waive your right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings. Arbitration will take place on an individual basis only.
EventGo grants you a limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our services solely for managing and attending events. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without prior written consent.
Organizers are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses for their events. By using our platform, you agree that your event complies with all applicable local, provincial, and national laws, and you must provide evidence of compliance upon request by EventGo.
If you believe your copyrighted material is being infringed on the platform, please submit a copyright takedown request by following the procedure described in our Copyright Policy.
Users are prohibited from scraping, copying, or using EventGo’s content for commercial purposes without authorization. This includes any automated extraction of data from the platform.
14.1 Service Fees
Creating an account on EventGo is free. However, we charge fees to Organizers for listing events and to Consumers for purchasing tickets or registering for events. These fees may vary based on individual agreements between EventGo and certain Organizers. Organizers may choose whether to pass these fees along to Consumers or absorb them into the ticket price.
Please note that fees charged to Consumers may include additional charges such as taxes, facility fees, royalties, and fulfillment fees. These are determined by the Organizer and may differ from EventGo’s standard service fees. Fees also may include elements of profit or loss for EventGo. EventGo does not control fees charged by banks or credit card companies, including fees for foreign currency transactions or cross-border purchases.
14.2 Refunds and Ticket Transfers
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your EventGo account information. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to EventGo, but you grant EventGo a license to use, modify, and distribute that content for the purposes of operating the platform. You represent that you have the right to upload all content and that it does not violate third-party rights.
EventGo will send notices to you via email or your account on the platform. You may contact EventGo at info@evtgo.com for any notices or inquiries.
EventGo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the platform or via email. Your continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
EventGo may assign or transfer these Terms to any third party in connection with a corporate restructuring, sale, or other transfer of assets.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and other documents referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and EventGo regarding the use of our services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through arbitration will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Ontario, Canada.
By submitting feedback or suggestions, you grant EventGo the right to use it without obligation to compensate you.
EventGo may provide links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or actions of these third-party sites.
If any part of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. EventGo’s failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
